  • How do I book rentals for my event?

    To book, simply fill out our Request a Quote form with your event details. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send you a rental agreement and invoice. A signed contract and a 30% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your rentals.

  • Do you offer delivery and pickup?

    Yes! All rentals include delivery, setup, and pickup. Delivery is included within 30 miles of Stewartstown, PA. For events farther away, additional delivery fees apply and will be confirmed before booking.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We’re based in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania, and serve South Central PA and Northern Maryland. Events beyond our standard delivery radius may still be accommodated with an additional delivery fee.

  • How long does setup and cleanup take?

    Setup typically takes 30–60 minutes, and cleanup takes 20–30 minutes. These times are separate from your rental period.

  • How long is the rental period?

    The standard rental period is 4 consecutive hours, starting at your scheduled event time. Additional hours may be added for $50 per hour, up to a full-day cap of $500.

  • What happens if something gets damaged during my event?

    Clients are responsible for lost or damaged items. Replacement or repair costs will be invoiced based on the value of the item.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rentals and date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.

  • What types of events do you rent for?

    We rent for weddings, showers, birthdays, corporate events, styled shoots, and more. If you’re celebrating, we’ve got something to help make it unforgettable!

  • Are payments refundable?

    All payments (deposits and balances) are non-refundable. Once your deposit is received, your rentals and time slot are removed from availability.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All payments (deposits and balances) are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 10 days before your event, your deposit may be applied as a one-time credit toward a future booking within 12 months (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
